At Fresh Roots Tiffin Service, we strive to ensure you enjoy every meal. If you need to stop your service, we offer structured refunds as follows.

Trial Meals

Our weekly trial plan (7 days) is non-refundable once the first thali has been dispatched, as this plan is already highly discounted.

Monthly Meal Plans

If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription halfway, we will refund the remaining meal balance. The meals already consumed will be billed at the standard rate of ₹80 per meal rather than the discounted rate, and the remaining amount will be sent to your UPI ID within 5 working days.

Quality Issues

If you experience any quality issues or receive a damaged box, please send us a photograph on WhatsApp. We will issue a replacement thali or credit that meal back to your balance immediately.
