Yes, Fresh Roots operates a strict 100% pure vegetarian kitchen. We do not cook or handle non-vegetarian ingredients whatsoever.

Lunch is delivered between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Dinner is delivered between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We target home addresses and office desks alike.

No, delivery charges are completely free within our active coverage areas in Lucknow (including Mahanagar, Bhoothnath, Indira Nagar).

You can manage your subscription easily by sending us a message on WhatsApp. To pause a meal, let us know by 9:00 AM for lunch, or 4:00 PM for dinner. We will extend your subscription period automatically!

No! We do not charge security deposits. However, we request that the previous day's steel tiffin box be returned clean to our delivery agent when they deliver your next meal.

We maintain moderate spices in our standard thali. If you require special custom preparations (e.g. absolutely zero oil, diabetic-friendly low sodium, or no onion-garlic Jain food), please select our Special Diet Thali option when subscribing.

Please contact us on WhatsApp directly! If your area is close to our delivery corridors, we may be able to add your address to our routes.

We accept UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) and direct bank transfers. Subscriptions must be paid in advance before dispatch of the first trial tiffin.
